Established in 2003VSG was born to support the marketing efforts of the retail automotive industry. Complete systems and design collateral for advertising and direct marketing campaigns repeatedly returned 8% response rates.
AMS (Automated Marketing Solution) created in 2005
Every industry has a need for marketing, but very few of the Customer Relationship Management solutions out there effectively integrate sales processes, lifecycle management, marketing collateral automation, database purity AND reporting. AMS does!
Expanded in 2007
VSG now not only designs technology solution for its clients, but creates the strategy, graphics, and full marketing campaign details across the spectrum of print and electronic media. VSG added graphic designers, copy writers, pre-press experts, technology gurus, electronic marketing engineers, account managers, and administration that widened our ability to serve more clients with more solutions across even more industries.
More marketing solutions and a new office in 2009
VSG expanded its product offerings to include pURL technology, Storehouse, Electronic Mail campaigns, Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Brand Identity Consultations. VSG also grew into a larger office space, hopped onto the social media circuit, and moved its headquarters to Tacoma.
Awards in 2010
Top Places to Work was the theme of VSG in 2010 as Small/Medium Sized winner of the one-time award from the Puget Sound's own Business Examiner, employees, and local business community. What a great place to work!

Make over and a new regional office in 2011
Tired of being misunderstood for an eye company, Vision Service Group (think vision as in "big picture" not the sense of sight) decided to adopt a new motto and sport a new look. We kicked out the orange and embraced cyan. Today we are VSG - marketing ideas applied.
Oh, and we also opened a regional office in Arizona! Go Diamondbacks!
