CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT (CRM)

Vision AMS is a one-of-a-kind product that renders common CRM systems obsolete. Like CRM’s, Vision AMS provides solutions for electronically managing clients and automates their marketing efforts. However, unlike CRMs, Vision AMS takes that automation to the next level.

The problem with CRMs is that they stop at relationship and/or customer database management, or stop at merely generating printed material. The client still has to print out the material (usually based off of a supplied template) on an office printer, or utilize a design agency/commercial print company, and then either stuff and mail envelopes individually (paying top dollar for postage), or send the material to a mailing house. Vision AMS takes those oft-postponed and commonly not-utilized steps out of the client’s hands and ensures their timely production, execution and delivery.
