Automated Marketing Plans

Through Vision AMS, the client’s action plan transports their message, effectively and dynamically, from their staff member’s to-do list to their customer’s mailbox. Every marketing event itemized on the action plan automatically initiates a project response from Vision Service Group that results in a printed and mailed marketing piece or an email delivered to an inbox. As our client’s staff members update their database on AMS, several things may be triggered to be executed:

• Reminders notify our client’s staff of tasks such as placing a follow-up call or making a direct client contact. These actions are assigned to the client as part of the action plan.
• Direct marketing pieces detailed in the clients’ action plan are automatically sent to the end line consumer by Vision Service Group.
• Emails are automatically sent on the clients’ behalf according to their action plans.
